Foxconn Aims To Replace Human Workers With Robots In The Coming Years

Foxconn is one of the largest manufacturers in the world. The company makes iPhones, laptops, tablets, many smartphone models and has contracts signed with many tech giants. The company resided in Taiwan but the majority of its factories are based in mainland China. The company employs more than 1.2 million people and has numerous assembly facilities where different gadgets are made by humans. But human workers at Foxconn could soon be replaced with robots. Foxconn plans to automate its labor force and has a plan made out of three phases. Dai Jia-peng, the general manager of Foxconn’s automation committee, explained
